SIO- Bangalore visits Bangalore University VC office

SIO condemns the step taken by BU for with-drawing the grace marks allotted to the MBA students when their 3rd semester results were re-announced this month. Hundreds of students have been affected by this decision of the University. With-drawing the allotted grace marks after such a long time is not at all justified. Regarding this, a delegation of SIO-Bangalore comprising of Br. Shoaib Mohammed (PR Secretary) and Br. Mansoor Ahmed (AO-City Market) visited the office of the Vice Chancellor of Bangalore University on the 14th of June 2011. The delegation met the Secretary of the VC and the Dean of Dept. Commerce and Management, Canara College and expressed its concern on the inconvenience caused by the University to the students. The delegation stressed upon them to take this issue seriously and solve it as soon as possible. A letter addressed by the City President Br. Syed Kazim was later submitted to the Vice Chancellor Office.
