SIO Jayanagar
Unit organised a table tennis tournament for the students and youth in their
area. The objective of the tournament was to bring in fresh blood into the
unit. 12 people participated in the tournament. Br. Taha won the first place,
Br. Waseem won the second place and Br. Zia was awarded a consolation prize.
The tournament was held at Islamic Centre – Tilaknagar.
Br.
Syed Kazim (City President – SIO of India – Bangalore) was the chief guest. In
his speech he asked the participants to give important to physical fitness. He
also said to thank Allah (swt) was giving us good health and motivated the
participants to make effective utilisation of their good health by struggling
and striving in the way of Allah.
